Please, take a brief moment and update your browser to the latest version. We’ll even help you get there faster by following the steps below.

Windows Versions

For the best security, you will need to update to Windows 10 or 11.

Chrome

Another option is to update the settings in your existing browser to use a TLS 1.1 and above connection. Don’t be intimidated by the technical jargon. We can walk you step-by-step for Firefox and Chrome browsers.

Firefox

Note: Firefox no longer lets you modify settings in the application so you will need to modify the integer values in the about:config page:

  1. Type about:config into the address bar

  2. Select 'I accept the risk!' if warning message appears

  3. Type security.tls.version.min into the search box

  4. Double-click on the security.tls.version.min row

  5. Change the value from '1' to '2' (0 means SSL 3.0, 1 means TLS 1.0, 2 means TLS 1.1 etc)

  6. Click 'OK'

  7. Changing the setting will force Firefox to use TLS 1.1 or better
