The TaxAct® Accuracy Guarantee does not cover the Professional Editions. Paid preparers are responsible for reviewing the return for accuracy. If you are signing the return as a paid preparer, the IRS will ultimately hold you accountable for the return's accuracy. If you determine there is a problem, you can either override the entry or alert us prior to filing the return so we can release a program update to address the issue.
TaxAct strives to be the highest quality product in the industry. If a modification is warranted (including late law and form changes), our development staff will implement and release a program update as expediently as possible. We encourage TaxAct users to submit Product Suggestions at any time.
