How to Print Client Organizers

To print organizers for your client(s):

  1. From within your TaxAct Professional Edition program, click Preparer in the upper menu bar, then click Print Organizers.
  2. Click the Checkbox next to the client(s) you want to print organizers for, then click the Circle next to Print Applicable Organizers (or Print Selected Organizers if you only want to print specific sections of the organizers).
  3. If you chose Print Selected Organizers, then click the Checkbox next to the organizers to select and deselect them.
  4. In the field next to Number of Copies, type the number of copies you want to print, then click Print.
  5. A print dialog box appears, so you can choose what printer to use and more options.  Click Ok when you are ready to print.
