If you wish to discontinue using our services at any time during the tax season, you may simply abandon your online return. If you would like to remove all personal data from your return, simply log back into your return and remove or replace any personal information with fictitious data.

You may also disable your own account by following the steps listed below:

1. Log In to your account.
2. Click on My TaxACT located in the upper right hand corner.
3. Click on Update your Account Information.
4. Click the link at the bottom for Disable your Account.
