TaxAct supports the individual tax return on Form 1040 U.S. Individual Income Tax Return, but does not support Form 3520 Annual Return To Report Transactions With Foreign Trusts and Receipt of Certain Foreign Gifts or Form 3520-A Annual Information Return of Foreign Trust With a U.S. Owner. These forms are separate returns from the individual tax return on Federal Form 1040 and are mailed to separate addresses as indicated in the IRS instructions for each form.
