To delete an individual form in the TaxAct program:

1. From within your TaxAct return (Online), click the Tools dropdown, then click Forms Assistant.
2. Click + next to the FEDERAL Forms manila folder (if it is not already expanded), then click + next to any of the manila folders to view any forms, worksheets, etc.
3. Click the form you want to remove, then click Delete (if available), then click OK.
