Form 1120-S - Schedule B, Mark "Yes" for Question 10

If Question 10 within Schedule B of Form 1120-S U.S. Income Tax Return for an S Corporation is marked "No" when it should be marked "Yes," you can change it.

To change the entry:

  1. From within your TaxAct return (Online or Desktop), click Basic Info, then click Corporation Info (on smaller devices, click in the top left corner of your screen, then click Basic Info).
  2. Continue with the interview process until you reach the screen titled Schedule M-3 Filing Requirement, click the Checkbox next to File Schedule M-3 for this return, to uncheck it.
  3. Continue with the interview process to enter your information.
