There are several convenient ways to add money to an American ExpressServe Account:

  • Direct Deposit: An easy and free way to add all or part of a paycheck or government benefits payment to the Account.
  • Free Cash Reload: At participating Retail locations.1
  • Checks: Cash your checks in minutes through Mobile Check Capture by IngoTM Money with the Serve Mobile App2 on an iPhone® or Android device (available for free from the App store or Google Play).
  • Transfer Money: Add money to your Prepaid Account from a bank account3 or by linking a debit card.
