To complete the online setup to activate your Serve® card:

1. Open the email you received with "Please setup your online Account" in the Subject line.
2. Enter your Date of Birth and SSN.
3. Create a Password.
4. Create a four-digit PIN.
5. Select a Security Question.
6. Accept the Privacy Statement,

After completing the online setup, you will be prompted to activate your card. You can activate your Card online at American Express Serve^®. You will need the card number and the three-digit CSC from the back of the card.

Once your card is activated, you can follow the prompts for additional information about your American Express Serve® card.
