- All tax types - April 15 filing and payment deadlines extended to July 15. Interest waived through July 15 for tax payments due March 15.

- Payment date - Taxpayers that scheduled their Income Tax (IIT, BIT, PTE, FDT) or Business Privilege Tax payment due 4/15/2020 when they e-filed their return can now reschedule or cancel that payment. This option is only for payments scheduled through MeF.
- Corporations - May 1 through August 14 filing deadlines extended to August 14.
- Corporations and S-Corporations - April 15 payment deadline extended to July 15. 1st and 2nd quarter estimated payments extended to July 15.
- Partnerships and LLCs - March 15 filing and payment deadline extended to July 15
- Corporations and S Corporations - Filing and payment deadline extended to July 15
- Individuals - April 15 filing and payment deadline extended to July 15
- Any other entity type (or quarterly estimated tax payment with a return or payment due date between March 15 and April 15) is now extended to July 15.

- Individuals and Businesses - April 15 filing deadline extended to October 15. April 15 payment deadline extended to July 15. 1st and 2nd quarter estimated payments extended to July 15.

- Payment date - Coloradans wishing to cancel their currently scheduled direct debit payments in order to take advantage of the deadline extension can do so by emailing the Colorado Department of Revenue at DOR_TaxpayerService@state.co.us. For expedited processing, taxpayers should put “Request Cancellation of Direct Debit Payment” in the subject line of the email. Once a payment is cancelled, it cannot be rescheduled through filing software, and a taxpayer must pay by the extended due date using another method to avoid penalty and interest. Please submit all payment cancellation requests no later than 5:00 PM, Monday, April 13th, 2020.
- All tax types - April 15 filing and payment deadlines extended to July 15. 1st quarter estimated payment deadline remains April 15.

- Payment date - If you have already e-filed your return, you need to contact your financial institution to stop the payment. To cancel a payment scheduled through mytax.dc.gov, follow this link.

- Payment date - Taxpayers who have scheduled payments for April 15th and are requesting that the payments be canceled due to the extended deadline should contact the Department directly at 1-877-423-6711.
- Individuals, Estates and Trusts, and Corporations - April 15 filing and payment deadlines extended to July 15. 1st quarter estimated payment deadline remains April 15.

- All tax types - April 15 and May 15 filing and payment deadlines extended to July 15. Fiscal year filers with due dates between March 1 and May 30 receive an automatic 60-day extension.

- Individuals - City and State April 15 filing and payment deadlines extended to July 15. 1st quarter estimated tax payment deadline extended to July 15.

- Payment date - The State of Michigan is not able to change direct debit transaction information from an e-filed return. In the instance you e-filed your return prior to the extension announcement and opted to pay tax balances electronically on or around April 15, 2020, you may contact your financial institution to place a stop payment on the scheduled debit. Fee waiving for an ACH stop payment is determined by each bank or credit union, not the State of Michigan.
- Individuals - April 15 filing and payment deadlines extended to July 15. 2020 estimated tax payment deadline remains April 15.

- Payment date -
To reschedule a payment, you must contact the Minnesota Department of Revenue to cancel the existing payment and then reschedule. For more information, see Make a Payment.
- All tax types - April 15 filing and payment deadlines extended to July 15. 1st and 2nd quarter estimated payments extended to July 15. City of Kansas City deadlines also extended to July 15.

- Payment date - Scheduled payments will not be automatically rescheduled. At least two business days prior to your scheduled payment, contact the DOR by phone at 800-742-7474 (NE and IA) or 402-471-5729 to cancel the payment. The scheduled payment date cannot be changed. DOR will need the primary taxpayer’s full Social Security number for individual income tax payments, or a Nebraska ID number for business income tax payments, and the payment amount.
- Individuals and Estates and Trusts - April 15 through July 15 filing and payment deadlines extended to July 15. 1st quarter estimated payments extended to July 15.
- Corporations - April 15 through July 15 filing and payment deadlines extended to July 15.

- Business and Excise tax returns - Penalties will be waived for late-filed returns originally due between March 16 and April 25. Taxpayers may request to have the penalties waived on a late-filed extension or return, or in a separate request. Interest owed will not be waived. If you paper-file, write "COVID-19" on the top center of the first page.
- All tax types - April 15 filing and payment deadlines extended to July 15. 1st and 2nd quarter estimated payments extended to July 15.

- Individual, School District, Pass-through Entity, and Municipal income tax returns - April 15 filing and payment deadlines extended to July 15. 1st and 2nd quarter estimated tax payments extended to July 15.

- Payment date - Ohio provides a self-service option for taxpayers to cancel a postdated income tax payment and reschedule with a different date as needed. Via Online Services on tax.ohio.gov, taxpayers can register or log in to their existing account and cancel their future dated estimated, extension or tax due payments. As long as the payment is in a “Pending” status in Online Services, it can be cancelled.
To change the payment date:
- Log into Online Services with User ID and Password. Or, register to create an Online Services account.
- Under "Online Services" on the left side of the page, click View / Make Payments.
- Select the number of months from the dropdown, then click the Go button.
- Under "View Payments", click the cancel button to the right of the payment you wish to cancel.
- Individuals - April 15 filing and payment deadlines extended to July 15.
- Individuals - April 15 filing and payment deadlines extended to July 15. 1st quarter estimated payment deadline remains April 15.
- Corporations - May 15 filing and payment deadlines extended to July 15. 1st quarter estimated payment deadline remains April 15. Fiscal-year returns due after May 15 are not extended.

- All income taxes - April 15 filing and payment deadlines extended to July 15. 1st and 2nd quarter estimated payments extended to July 15.
- Other state taxes - April 1 through June 1 filing and payment deadlines extended to June 1.

- Franchise tax reports - Filing and payment deadline extended to July 15.
- Non-EFT Franchise Taxpayers - Extended to Jan. 15th of 2021.
- EFT Franchise Taxpayers - First extension deadline remains unchanged, however the second extension deadline has been extended to Jan. 15th of 2021.

- Individuals and Corporations - April 15 filing and payment deadlines extended to July 15. Utah has an automatic 6 month extension to file individual and corporate income taxes (generally due October 15, 2020) but tax payment must be made by July 15.

- Payment date - Contact the Utah State Tax Commission at 801-297-2200 or 1-800-662-4335 or send an email to taxmaster@utah.gov to request to have your payment cancelled if it is scheduled for April 15 or earlier.
- Individuals - April 1 through June 1 Income tax payment deadlines extended to June 1. Interest will continue to accrue from May 1. Filing deadline remains May 1.

- Payment date - If your payment is scheduled within the next 48 hours, call Virginia Tax Customer Service at 804-367-8031 for Individual and 804-367-8037 for Business.
If your payment is scheduled to occur in more than 48 hours, you may submit a secured message through our Virginia Tax website, http://www.tax.virginia.gov.
- April 15 filing and payment deadlines extended to July 15. 1st quarter estimated payment due April 15 extended to July 15.
