Schedule K-2 Domestic Filing Exception - Entering in Program

To include the domestic filing exception notification with each partner's Schedule K-1 (Form 1065):
From within your TaxAct return (Online or Desktop), click Federal (on smaller devices, click in the top left corner of your screen, then click Federal).
Click the Partners Share of Income and Deductions (Schedule K) dropdown, then click Foreign Transactions.
Continue through the interview process until the interview question “Schedule K-2 and K-3 – Items of International Relevance”.
Select the domestic filing exception notification checkbox.
To include the domestic filing exception notification with each shareholder's Schedule K-1 (Form 1120-S):
From within your TaxAct return (Online or Desktop), click Federal (on smaller devices, click in the top left corner of your screen, then click Federal).
Click the Shareholders Share of Income and Deductions (Schedule K) dropdown, then click Foreign Transactions.
Click “Yes” to review foreign income, deductions, and losses.
Continue through the interview process until the interview question “Schedule K-2 and K-3 – Items of International Relevance”.
Select the domestic filing exception notification checkbox.
