While working on your taxes using TaxAct, you have the option to promptly engage with one of our credentialed tax experts.

1. Open your return in TaxAct.
   
2. Click Get Live Tax Advice in the top right corner.
3. Select the level of service that you want by choosing Chat or Speak under either Xpress Connect or Unlimited Access.
4. Click Continue and enter your question/information.
   
5. If you chose Chat, you will be connected to the Xpert without leaving your browser window. If you chose Speak, enter your question, phone number, name, and email address. Then click Confirm Call with Tax Expert and they will give you a call!
