If you choose to email us, you need to indicate which product(s) you would like to purchase and provide your new customer information. That information allows us to add you to our customer database and set up a user account for you. If you have an existing account, please indicate that within your email communication to us.
Important Note: In order for our authentication process to work correctly, you must have a U.S. phone number. If you do not, you will need to use a third party service to receive SMS short code messages. Without either one of those, you will not be able to use TaxAct.
