In the TaxAct program, you can add, review/edit, delete, and add multiple copies of Form W-2 Wage and Tax Statement.

To Add a W-2: Read the instructions in our article Form W-2 - Entering in Program.

To Review or Edit a W-2:

1. From within your TaxAct return, click Federal (on smaller devices, click in the top left corner of your screen, then click Federal).
2. Click the Wages and Salaries dropdown, then click Wage income reported on Form W-2.
3. Click Edit next to the form that you want to review/edit (desktop program: click Review instead of Edit).
4. Continue with the interview process to review/edit your information.

To Delete a W-2:

1. From within your TaxAct return, click Federal (on smaller devices, click in the top left corner of your screen, then click Federal).
2. Click the Wages and Salaries dropdown, then click Wage income reported on Form W-2.
3. Click the Delete Icon (trashcan) next to the form that you want to delete.
4. Click Ok to confirm that you want to delete the form (desktop program: click Yes instead of Ok).
