The Kentucky Department of Revenue will be performing scheduled maintenance from February 26th through March 14th, 2025. During this time, you may continue to e-file Kentucky returns, however:
Business returns will not be processed, and you will not receive any acknowledgements other than “pending - waiting for acceptance” until the KY DOR resumes operations.
Individual return refunds and scheduled payments will not be processed until the system is back online. Processing and acknowledgements are not affected for individual returns.
