Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

With TaxAct^® software, you can gather important tax information for the students or parents of students who will be applying for federal financial aid with the FAFSA worksheet located in the Review section of the software.

To access the worksheet:

1. From within your TaxAct return (Online or Desktop), click Review to expand. On smaller devices, click in the upper left-hand corner, then click Review.
2. Click College Student Financial Aid.

This worksheet compiles tax information you will use when applying for student aid online at the Federal Student Aid website.
