To delete a state from your TaxAct Online return:

1. From within your TaxAct return (Online), click State, then click Continue (on smaller devices, click in the top left corner of your screen, then click State).
2. On the screen titled State Q&A - [State Name] click Delete State to delete the state from your return (if you have more than one state on your return, click No if the screen title is not for the state you want to delete).
3. In the pop-up that appears, click Ok to confirm that you want to delete the state.
