I've been using TaxAct for several years now and I will not switch. I know the product is user friendly and the people they have for us to contact when we have any questions beyond their extensive library of answers, are friendly and knowledgable. We've had house Rentals, house sales and businesses and have still been able to use TaxAct for all our tax needs every year and we want to thank them for all that they provide and more....Very happy customer :)

Much improved navigation

I have been a user of TaxACT since 2006. However, this year the navigation is much improved and your HELP section is also very accessible and has more answers than before. It was a pleasure to use it and its easy features made it very useful.
