Great UX experience with simple features to use!

Using TaxAct online was great again! Simple to use interface. Step by step instructions are easy to understand. Plus, love how TaxAct states your refund or what you owe in the top left corner. I ran into an issue and a friendly, customer support was excellent as I talked with a real person who could understand me. The entire process gives the user a peace of mind on completing your taxes. Overall experience was fantastic!!!! ⭐️

Great - Easy to Understand & Navigate

I came across TaxAct years back somehow online. I have used it.Then tried another popular service a couple of times, but ultimately came back to TaxAct. I personally feel like it's much easier to understand and navigate. I do mine and help another family member do theirs here as well. I personally hope it does not change it's set up because for me it's been very simple, easy and quick. I plan to be back over and over. Thank you.
