2024 Preparer's E-Filing Center

For tax year 2024, you will be able to view the e-file status of your clients through our new Professional Reports dashboard.

Please sign in to your TaxAct account with your username and password to access Professional Reports from your Practice Manager.

Electronic Filing Deadline Information:

  • April 15:

    Federal tax filing deadline. In order for your return to be considered timely filed by the IRS, you will need to submit your return electronically by April 15th at midnight.

  • October 15:

    If you requested a Federal tax-filing extension, you will need to submit your return to the IRS by October 15th.
