File share and sync services (such as OneDrive and Dropbox) are not supported for data storage, backup, or sharing purposes.
We recommend having your IT resource ensure all systems you’re using are properly installed and mapped to the correct drives for all users for proper functionality prior to contacting TaxAct Support.
Microsoft no longer provide security updates or support for PCs running Windows 10. For the best experience and security of your data, you will need to update your system to Windows 11.
